Professional Indemnity Insurance

The Insured was engaged to provide architectural services to a residential dwelling including a gate. The Claimant attempted to manually close the automatic metal gates when the gate fell on her. She suffered multiple fractures of her ribs, pelvis scapulae and spine.

The Insurer cover the claim and paid $190,000 in damages along with $40,000 in legal costs.
